If your little one is gaining weight well and has an
adequate number of wet and dirty
diapers, you probably don't have a milk supply issue.
If your child has an
adequate number of wet
diapers daily and is gaining weight on a symmetrical curve (meaning their length / height and weight are around the same percentage on the growth chart), this is an indicator that your baby is getting enough breast milk.
The
number of diapers your baby soils can be an excellent indication
of whether a baby is getting
adequate nutrition.
