(1) As soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, the Chief Justice must prepare a report of the management of
the administrative affairs of the Court during the year.
Any judicial or other proceeding relating to a matter arising out of the management of
the administrative affairs of the Court under this Part, including any proceeding relating to anything done by the Chief Executive Officer under this Part, may be instituted by or against the Commonwealth, as the case requires.
In the management of
the administrative affairs of the Court, the Chief Justice is assisted by the Chief Executive Officer.
(2) In particular, the Chief Executive Officer may act on behalf of the Chief Justice in relation to
