do — but significantly less
practiced at the
administrative side of running a business.

practice law.
It must be considered, however, that attorneys performing
administrative duties must be wary of giving up all ties to their personal
practice since they are obviously giving up a certain amount of leverage and power within the firm by
doing so.

done similar things can be valuable resources.61 So legal blogs, firm white papers, and actual filings available through PACER or Bloomberg Law can be valuable tools — at least as a jumping - off point.
