I got the ICS update and lost
adobe flash support and performance is a little slower.

supports adobe flash and I can play my YouTube videos in it without a fuss.
As we have come to expect from mobile browsers, there is no native file upload
support and on the WP7 devices I used last night no
flash support either, this is something that will change in future as
adobe have announced

You're right Honeycomb feels like v 1, and even
adobe is not
supporting honeycomb yet with
Flash,
Adobe Reader,
Adobe Digital Editions and so on.
