dogs or cats so that people want to
care for more animals are able to do so — If the animals are well taken
care of and arent a nuisance than badly needed homes from animal lovers should not be considered a crime — Imagine compassion and
caring are the crime and yet you are weighing the pros and cons of murdering the animals and that is OK — Does anyone reading this see the insanity!!?? If the insanity wasnt so tragic it would be a joke!!
You can also help by supporting senior
dog programs that make older
dogs more
adoptable by giving them the medical
care they need, provide them with the comfort of hospice
care in their final months or days, or help keep them out of shelters and
in their own homes.
It's Friday morning and Dawn Kemper, co-founder of Young at Heart Senior Pet Adoptions
in suburban Chicago, is running a mile a minute, multitasking, seeing to every detail as she readies the rollout of the rescue's new program, Club Grand Paw, the latest embodiment of the organization's mission «to rescue and rehome senior

The focus on providing better

The Foundation, which has faced constant capacity challenges the past two months, is asking the community to help find homes for every
adoptable dog waiting
in its adoption centers during the four - day special
in an effort to create space for the more than 1,800 lost, unwanted and abandoned
dogs expected to enter the shelter's
care throughout the month of September.
Offer a basic training class once a month to help volunteers learn how to work with the
dogs in their
care, or help the shelter or rescue group establish a simple training protocol for each of their
adoptable dogs.
