You are in denial about the scope of the
homeless animal population and completely unrealistic in thinking it's something that will be taken care of by no kill
shelters, which most communities will NEVER agree to financially support, not when you can kill thirty
dogs in a day, instead of spending money to feed, house and care for them humanely until homes are found, and indefinitely for those who never will be
adopted.

Let's hope Chelsea finds human companions who will love her for the rest of her days — and perhaps some of the people who don't end up
adopting her will open their hearts to another
homeless dog at the
shelter.

shelter is incredibly difficult in their region thanks to the belief that
dogs purchased from pedigree breeders and pet shops are superior to «any old
homeless dog.»
