Certainly all key elements to
advancing access to justice.
The purpose is directly related to the function of the law society under the Law Society Act, to protect the public interest and
advance access to justice (see minority view, para. 204).
On the other hand, the resolution of an important claim against a key party could significantly
advance access to justice, and be the most proportionate, timely and cost effective approach.

As regards
access to tertiary education, they are treated as if they are international students who are required by immigration policy
to be self reliant and economically independent.9 South African social
justice policies focus primarily on
advancing the historically disadvantaged and such focus has an implication of excluding refugees from benefiting from socio - economic scheme.
The annual LSUC filing does not require lawyers
to attest that they have abided by the terms of the oath they swore when they were called
to the bar, it does not require them
to attest that they have generally complied with the Rules of Professional Conduct, nor does it require them
to attest that they have sought

After all, we would argue that being able

Quite a few individual lawyers who work harder and make less money than others, because they want better

The Law Foundation of Ontario used
to provide grants
to Ontario's law school libraries as part of its mandate
to promote
access to legal information as part of
advancing its vision for a truly accessible
justice system.
In Ontario, the Law Society Act instructs that the Law Society has duties
to (i) maintain and

justice and the rule of law, (ii) facilitate
