The bill targeted specific breeds of dog, running against much of
the advice about dog behaviour, which found it was the actions of the owner, rather than the type of dog, which best predicts potential attacks.
Over the course of the study, the
dogs that had pain which were treated showed an improvement of their
behaviour and so the key
advice from the scientists involved in the study is to make sure your veterinarian knows
about your
dog's reactions and anxiety led
behaviours stemming from noise.
