This is interesting... My
baby eats cereal but not
rice cereal (As my mom
advised me against it)... My one has cereal for breakfast and some purity for lunch... We do not add it to the bottle but mouth feed.
Be aware that there are still some misinformed doctors that
advise mothers of
babies that do not sleep well to introduce
rice cereal as early as 3 months old — sometimes right into the
baby bottle if the tongue thrust reflex hasn't yet disappeared preventing the
baby from taking food off a spoon!
