I haven't hated every Sonic game after the Genesis days, but this is definitely the most fund I've had since Sonic 3 (albeit I still consider Generations among the best entries in the series too).
Sonic Forces is the next mainline entry, coming some six years after the fairly decent Generations, and four years after the not - so - great Lost World.
