This should be about once every 30 - 45 minutes; just upon waking; just after eating or drinking; and
just after a play session.
It is important that players save before switching off the Wii console in order to retain
data after each play session (see Saving Data, above).
Thoroughly wash the bitter spray off your
dog after the play session is over, though — he'll probably want to clean himself as he normally does.
Until your dog's bathroom habits have been established, it is recommended that you take your dog outside every hour when you first bring him home, as well
as after any play sessions, meal time, nap time or drinking a fair amount of water.
Also, take him
outside after a play session, after he wakes from sleeping, and after he eats or drinks a lot of water, since these are often times when a pup has to relieve himself.
Available soul tickets can deplete
quickly after a play session of roughly 25 minutes, but the wait time is short (about 15 minutes) to replenish a single a ticket.
However, if you're not into that, you really shouldn't bother, WoD's simplicity is both its strength and its weakness: if you don't enjoy the gameplay all that
much after playing a session or two, you'll have no reason to continue playing.
After a playing session, you need to have a container in which to keep the balls.
Tiny puppies have tiny bladders, so you should commit to taking your puppy outside frequently — after every meal, when he wakes up and
after a play session.
Take your puppy outside for a potty break after eating, after sleeping, and
after a play session.
Remember, a new puppy needs to go out every 2 hours, for example, each time it eats, wakes up,
after a play session, and any other time it starts «sniffing» around the area.
Always take your puppy to his potty spot after he eats, when he first wakes up, when you first take him out of his crate and
after a play session.
But they need to go out as soon as they wake up in the morning, within 15 minutes of eating and drinking, after waking up from a nap, and
after every play session.
Offer water each time you take your dog out and
after play sessions to be sure he's well hydrated.
At a minimum, most puppies need to be taken out right after eating and drinking, after waking up from a nap,
after a play session and any time the puppy gives signs of needing to go.
Know all young pups need to go (they don't have the physical capability to «hold it,») after getting up in the morning, after waking from a daytime siesta, after eating, after drinking water, and
after play sessions.
After a play session, they curl up, crash and sleep.
Choose an appropriate spot to take the puppy immediately after it wakes up,
after a play session, and 15 to 30 minutes after meals.
Tip: Take your puppy out immediately after he wakes up, after every time he eats / drinks, and
after play sessions.
While you are learning your dog's «time table», take him out immediately after he wakes up, after he has eaten and
after all play sessions.
When in doubt, don't leave the toy out;
after the play session, store it in a place that's inaccessible to your cat.
