When I opened my oven

After turning vegan, I discovered a particular talent for
baking delicious cruelty - free cakes and
cookies.
Bake until the
cookies are set in center and begin to crack (they will not brown), about 8 minutes, rotating the
baking sheets
after 4 minutes.
Did you chill the
cookies after cutting them / before
baking them?
the dough just never came together (kind of just a dry, mealy mix) and
after baking (for 40 minutes and weren't burned at all) the
cookies crumbled with a light touch.
If you find the dough is sticking to your hands like crazy, you can either flour your hands, or mix some additional flour into the dough to absorb some of the moisture (this would be the better option for these particular
cookies as any excess flour on the tops of the
cookies from your fingers would be visible
after they have
baked).
I love love these
cookies but why do mine flatten
after baking!?? They look nothing like your picture!!
The
cookies bake up soft and stay tender long
after their stay in the oven.
After they have been slightly browned on each side, place back on the
cookie sheet and
bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

And instead of sprinkling flake sea salt on the
cookie after baking, I gave the dough balls a sprinkle pre-
baking because they stick better when they

It wasn't until

I used brown flax seeds but there was not any flax taste was in the

Remove the
