Add the
baking powder and mix (make sure you add the
baking powder
after you've added the
oats.
I do somehow think that even plain oatmeal (rolled
oats) and raisins or even the occasional sweet
baked sweet potato sometimes tastes really, really sweet to me
after not having regular sugar.
After two to three minutes, the
oats will
bake into a light, whipped consistency.

baked on a griddle, and only
after that cut into triangular sections for serving.

After they were browned, I
baked them in a crisp underneath pumpkin seeds, flax,
oats and a bit of coconut oil.
I
baked mine for 15 minutes so stop them from breaking up when I fried them off
after but next time I will probably use either more
oats and / or some wholewheat flour.

No crumbly issues but the following tips did help: 1) Use soft fluffy rolled
oats like main porridge brands, not hard ones 2) Flatten the ingredients firmly prior to
baking 3)
Bake for 25 minutes, not 30 minutes 4)
After baking, cut ingredients but then leave in tray until completely cooled before removing them.
