Unfortunately I don't think that would work out for the texture, however it's pretty easy to
blend the
cashews after soaking them well

After letting it cool to under 110 degrees F (as recommended) I stirred in the probiotic, and then the
blended cashew milk.
• If you have efficient
blending equipment (I sure don't), you shouldn't have to strain the
cashews; they are so creamy
after being soaked for so long.

After blending and getting the lemon and agave just right, remove the crust from the freezer and pour the
cashew cream into it.
