Since I can reuse the baggies and I have enough salt and sugar to last effectively forever, those are sunk startup costs —
after that, you just need to replace oatmeal and the flavorings when you need to — and most of the flavorings will last for
multiple batches.
These are restaurant recipes,
after all, so it's expected that they would consist of
multiple complementary parts, which would probably be prepared in advance in
batches in a restaurant setting.
So I tweaked and tested
multiple batches yesterday until I found an ingredient mix that had the exact consistency I was
after.
After making
multiple batches of this buckwheat granola, I can say I absolutely love it!
