The
nuts got a little extra crunch and the flavours were richer
after roasting - especially the
pecans.
For those that mentioned the
nuts falling off when breaking the toffee -

Why do I,
after a good fulfilling meal, if I stay in the kitchen environs keep nibbling on almonds, walnuts, raw honey, bananas, papaya, gorgonzola cheese, Brazilian
nuts, pumpkin seeds,
pecans, and any other healthy food you find in my kitchen?
