I took a little break last week
after I got back from Paris — the constant nagging in my head of when to take outfit
photos and if my outfit was even
blog - worthy was just a big damper
on the trip and it was boring me to death.
It has been a little while since I posted
on here,
after a little break for many reasons I have decided to get back to it and start fresh with new content, a bit of a personal twist to the
blog, instead of just adding
photos of various outfits I would like to add...
If you've followed along
on the
blog for a while or read our home tour you'll recognize these before
photos but today is the official «
after» post.
After publishing outfit
photos on this
blog for 4 years now, I can really say that my outfit style and outfit photography have evolved and that I've been able to develop myself in this field.
I have just posted my
photo back
on my
blog after our guests left.

I have officially made the transition to full - time Floridian and I guess it isn't so bad
after all My apartment is in a historic neighborhood which has the most gorgeous houses that I drool over
on my nightly walks with Jax and also scope out the best ones for my

blogs, it seemed apropos to indulge...

It's been one crazy week for me but I'm happy that my MacBook is working, I finished working
on my last
photo shoot
after starting all over (but
on to a new set of
photo shoots next week), and I can finally go back to working
on the
blog (for reals this time).

on the OkCupid mobile app,

After discovering that his headshot consistently showed in hoax dating profiles (thanks to a Google alert), Army Master Sgt. C.J. Grisham set up a personal
blog for soldiers to report their
photo being used
on online dating sites.
The worst part of these fake travel
blogs are the Facebook pages they create, day
after day they share
photos they haven't taken themsleves and lots with quotes
on them!!
Strong post Jonny, I agree with you
on most of the points you touched
on — I don't agree at all with just posting generic
photos that you haven't taken, or just posting things for likes & shares, if you have a
blog or site, you should at least write & post material that is 100 % your own —
After all I see the whole point of running a
blog is to share your own experiences, not someone elses — thats what news websites are for!

That is why I decided to just
blog about our «progress» because honestly, it will probably be a LONG time before it looks «DONE» like the fancy

on Pinterest!
My goal for the past couple of weeks has been to start working
on compiling a few
after house
photos to post
on this
blog of mine.
We're especially bummed to have lost all that video footage, but I do still have all the
photos from Kathy's new space (I hadn't uploaded them yet), so I look forward to sharing the before and
afters with you here
on my
blog very soon!

after seeing all the
photos on this
blog post.
We're not allowed to show any of the
After photos here
on our
blog right away, but hopefully the episode we're filming will air
on TV at some point, and we'll definitely be sure to let you know if and when that happens!
A couple of days
after we hung our bell, I saw this
photo on Brooke's
blog and I could hardly wait to show Kevin...
Also, we've been taking tons of
photos, but we're only allowed to certain ones here
on our
blog until
after our issue comes out.

Call it week 31 of the one room challenge... (if you're new here, this room was part of a decor
blog link up challenge to re-do one room in six weeks, the reveal date coincided with our real life moving date - in retrospect, not the best planning
on my part, but you can catch up with all that design drama including sources and before and
afters — here) Finally, here's the pretty reveal (complete with professional
photos by Nicole Cohen) that I wish I could've posted back in November - better late than never!
