under section 44, the insurer shall provide the insured person with a
notice of determination setting out,

after the day the
notice under subsection (5) is
received by the insured person, provide to the person or persons conducting the examination such information and documents as are relevant or necessary for the review of the insured person's medical condition.
(15) The insurer shall pay for goods and services the insurer agreed to pay for in the
notice under subsection (8) or (14) or is required to pay for
under this section within 30 days
after receiving an invoice for them.
(a) the insured person and the insurer shall, within five business days
after the day the
notice of the examination
under subsection (4) or (7) is
received by the insured person, provide to the person or persons conducting the examination all reasonably available information and documents that are relevant or necessary for the review of the insured person's medical condition; and

after the day the insurer

notice under subsection (2) or the insured person

(3) The insurer shall deliver the
notice under subsection (2) within 10 business days
after receiving the person's application.
(14) If,
after giving a
notice under subsection (6) in which the insurer agrees to pay for an assessment or examination, it comes to the insurer's attention that a person described in subsection (2) or (3) has a conflict of interest relating to the assessment or examination, the insurer may give the insured person
notice requiring the insured person, within five business days
after receiving the
notice, to amend the application so that no conflict of interest will arise.
(11) If the application is not withdrawn
under subsection (9), the insurer shall pay for goods and services the insurer agreed to pay for in the
notice under paragraph 1 of subsection (8) within 30 days
after receiving an invoice for them.
(12) If the application is not withdrawn
under subsection (10), the insurer shall pay for all assessments and examinations it agreed to pay for in the
notice under subsection (6) and shall make each payment within 30 days
after receiving an invoice for the cost of the assessment or examination.
