afternoon naps when the heat is just too much.
This may mean some late
afternoon naps when they come home from school, or tough mornings getting them out of bed, but it's just like anything else in parenting — it will pass.

For me personally, I know a 10 - or 20 - minute
afternoon nap provides a helpful boost
when I have a busy schedule.
Later in the
