mix that packs a nutritional wallup for menopausal women (or anybody for that matter).
1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes (can
mix these with one serving size of crackers to make a great filling
afternoon snack!)
I like to drink a small glass (often
mixed with some fruit juice) along with a
snack in the
afternoon, or before I eat dinner.
