While I've not had any time during pre-release to play
online against human opponents — my battles have been mainly
against normal or higher AI in arcade, versus and story mode — I feel confident that I can at least make
other players work for their wins.
The game has a very limited set of single
player functionality, a small number of challenge rooms that act as a tutorial and offering you a place to practice the mechanics, but the game is designed for
online play
against other humans and offers no AI opponents of any sort.

players won't want to touch the competitive side of Injustice 2, which is fair enough given how brutal
online play
against other humans can be.
Online, you can play one of two ways: you can either get into individual battles
against other human players, pitting your knight team
against theirs, or you can join the war mode.
For the multi-
player enthusiasts, you can compete in up to 6
player online Solo or Team battles
against other humans or AI, for the top spot on the global rankings.
