Mix until it sticks together, adding more
agave if it's too dry and more muesli if it's too sticky.
So go easy on
the agave if that's suddenly become your new obsession.

We do know others have had success using maple syrup and
agave if you want to stay away from the honey.
You can add brown sugar, honey or
agave if you like a sweeter oatmeal, but the fruit adds plenty of sweetness.
I think you could probably leave out the brown sugar and just use

agave syrup instead of maple syrup but my brownies does not taste really sweet, and they have a strong sweet potato taste.
Add some crumbled pecans and a squeeze of lime, and,
if you like, a little touch of honey,

It's extracted from birch trees and has a very low glycemic index, much lower than even
agave or coconut palm sugar, and it tastes similar (

I used brown rice flour, and instead of
agave syrup I used honey, and instead of raw cacao I used cacao nibs and ground then up, I used Parnoosh dates as opposed to Medjool because those are what we have available and I don't know
if that would make a difference.
For these muffins extra virgin olive oil instead or coconut oil will work great, as will omitting the
agave but unfortunately the dates are a really big part of the recipe so I don't know
if you can replace them.

mine were sticky to roll too, until I clued in that
