Turn
over that can of formula in your cupboard and look at how much sugar is in it and then come back here and say that karo syrup and
agave nectar are bad.
On day 3 of detox, this was my favorite of the smoothies so far but it lacked in sweetness and a whole 1/2 cup of mint was a little
