The UFC simply grew too fast in relation their own organisational capabalities and it cannot / could not cope with it,
hence Ferritta's sold it at the perfect time, now they have an
aging staff minus some of the key
players (e.g. Joe Silva etc.) with an old business model and old thinking processes with same old leaders (e.g. Dana), but now operating under totally new realities, many more fighters, fighters attitude have changed, different landscape in the sporting world in general (from how sport fans consume sports, viewing habbits,...)
The former Old Lady caoch would certainly have a big job on his hands at Stamford Bridge this summer though, as plenty of the club's long - term
players have
aged past their peaks and need replacing,
hence why they have struggled so much in the Premier League this season.
