Here is how the small - business
agency is going to be affected
by the $ 85 billion in government -
spending cuts that will go into effect starting Friday.

The defence secretary, Phillip Hammond, made efforts before the last
spending review to blend some of his budget with that of overseas aid, but was repulsed
