Referring Agents a refund of the
Referring Agent Participation Fee for six (6) months from the time of payment, provided that the
Referring Agent has not provided to ReferralExchange.com the name and contact information of any
Customer who may be a prospective user of the Services at any time prior to the request for a refund.
