The stink of corruption continues to linger over Cuomo's administration, with one former top
aide to the governor recently convicted of fraud and accepting bribes, and another headed to trial on corruption charges in June.

recently raised questions of improper lobbying and undisclosed conflicts of interest by some individuals which may have deceived state employees involved in the respective programs and may have defrauded the state.»

Aides to Cuomo, in the wake of recent corruption scandals that have also hit his administration,

governor would not go
to bat for any raises unless the Legislature agrees
