As the name suggests,

aioli that I first made to go on fish, but which my husband refers to
as «everything sauce» since it goes so well on potatoes, vegetables, chicken etc..
To serve: serve the latkes warm with the chipotle

as sour cream., applesauce or anything else you feel like dipping them into.
1 cup shrimp, cut in bite sized pieces 1/2 cup diced fresh veggies, such
as confetti salad, or celery 1 tablespoon minced Italian parsley or cilantro Spicy Lime

Make the Sriracha
Aioli: Place all ingredients into food processor bowl and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl
as needed.
But, I don't love the fat and calories, so I often use Wildwood Garlic
Aioli because it's
as tasty
as mayo... and it's dairy - free, which I dig!
With a spatula, lightly mix the avocado and
aioli together
as to not break the
aioli, but to blend the avocado and
aioli together.
While stirring the new yolk, slowly — very, very slowly — add the broken
aioli drop by drop, treating it
as if it were the oil.
You can make these Paleo Sweet Potato Hash Browns with breakfast, or
as an appetizer with something to dip in, like my Garlic
Aioli.
I didn't make these today (which is kind of obvious,
as it's not even 10AM
as I post this), but it was an equally toasty day, and cranking up the air conditioner and digging into a few of these with spicy sriracha
aioli was a pleasure.
