The oil from the fruits («seeds») dries on exposure to air (similar to linseed oil) and is sometimes used in the manufacturing of oil - based paints, or for cooking.

Infiltration: Air barrier system is as follows: existing basement slab with two coats of epoxy paint; taped rigid insulation on inside of foundation walls; spray foam at the rim joist; taped housewrap on above grade walls; fully adhered membrane on existing roof sheathing; transitions between roof and above grade walls made by lapping membrane over the housewrap; other transitions made using sealant.

This could be as small as freshening up the walls with zero - VOC paints (a volatile organic compound, which can compromise indoor air quality) or building a home from the ground up using only salvaged materials.

HVLP are basically regular spray guns that you would use with an air compressor in order to atomise the paint and spray it onto your project.

You can use your garage or set up a station outside the house (make sure everything is well covered so that the air is not filled with paint and chemicals).

Our coasters were made using White Air Drying clay, # 4 for 1 kg; watercolour paint, both Hobbycraft.

A custom cover, painted to mimic the trim, conceals the air conditioner when it's not in use.

I used a paint brush to help smooth out the air bubbles and make sure it was straight and where I wanted it.
