Shifts
in your electrolytes (namely sodium and potassium) can be due to over-stimulation of
aldosterone.
But what is nearly always forgotten
in conversations about adrenal fatigue is the other hormones made by the adrenal gland, namely catecholamines (adrenaline, aka epinephrine) and
aldosterone.
