I shied away
from all
sprouts when I learned years ago that
alfalfa sprouts could compromise your immune system.
You can make a tea
from alfalfa leaves or take it in pill form, but the easiest (and tastiest) way to consume it is probably by adding some
alfalfa sprouts to that sesame seed bagel you're having.
ohoh, i've been eating my homemade
