on - hand, lettuce and tomato), chicken

Today I'm sharing my own homemade
alfredo sauce recipe based
on my remembrances of the beautiful flavor and consistency of those I enjoyed
on vacation during a mother - and - daughter trip.
The buffalo
alfredo sauce is so good
on its own, you could definitely do it without the chicken, and simply add extra vegetables.
If you can't tolerate grains whatsoever, you could always make
alfredo sauce to go
on top of zucchini «pasta» or cucumber «noodles».
While there are endless topping options for pizza, white
alfredo pizza is a refreshing twist
on the traditional pizza with red
sauce.
Consequently, I've been stuck
on pairing it with
alfredo sauce, since that was the
sauce I originally made for it as well.
The spaghetti squash, broccoli, and tomatoes makes this an obvious healthy dish based
on vegetable content alone, but the
sauce is also way lightened up from the typical heavy cream
alfredo — I used 1 % milk instead of heavy cream, with just a little butter and flour to thicken up the
sauce.
I got a variation
on that recipe from Ellen at the Scribbler Unfocused where she added a bit of
alfredo sauce for a creamier texture — delish, and it freezes so well.
