A new blood test promises to predict which people will have severe
allergic reactions to foods according to a new study led by Mount Sinai researchers and published online in the The Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

foods — dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, shellfish and wheat — account for 90 percent of
allergic reactions in the United States, and
