Providing your body with a steady stream of
healthy fats such as macadamia
nuts, pecans, almonds, walnuts,
nut butters, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocados to name a few, will help
allow your body to properly rid stored body fat.
If you feel hungry between meals you can eat some
healthy snacks which are
allowed during a keto diet such as boiled eggs,
nuts, dark chocolate or olives.
