You can absolutely reduce the oil in the dressing if you like and instead
just heat the
almond butter a little until its runny and then pour that over with a little extra lime.
I both make and buy my
almond butter, it's so easy to make though
just put
almonds into a food processor and blend!

just got her started on smoothies with Bananas, coconut milk and
almond butter, I've been sneaking in some flax seed but I think I'll give the Maca a go and I'm loving the idea of the dates

To be honest, I made some variation, coconut nectar in the place of agave and... no maca in the filling, I was afraid It would have been too much maca por me, so

Just made these, used 1/2 of all ingredients with 1 egg (using my homemade
almond butter so I did nt want to use it all up).
However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas as part of a whole meal then I would
just balance them with some healthy fat (avocados, nuts, etc.) You could have a banana on top of a piece of sprouted whole grain toast with some
almond butter and that would be a good option.
