Really bad numbers started at -3.8, then getting better 1 year later -3.6, 6 months later -3.5, it's slowly getting better so I'm increasing my steamed kale / organic, approx 2 cups a day, and using DK2 drops, lots of hiking up hills and stairs, and «core» exercises, tiny 1/4 coffee in morning,
chocolate 1 time a week, also
drink a glass of organic celery to start the morning and a smoothie with all organic blueberries, brocolli, flax seed, chai seed, and nettles all good mix with
almond milk.
Lunch — The «Peter Kaufman» super starch shake (heavy cream, zero - sugar
almond milk, a package of
chocolate super starch, 2 tbsp of
almond butter, an extra 20 g of Biosteel whey protein, frozen strawberries, ice — blend to a thick shake); I'll
drink 2 liters of this.
I
drink two types of greens per day, but I use Raw Beauty in the morning and it gives me something to look foward to when I wake up ^ ^ it's so delicious, I mix it with
almond milk and sometimes
almond coconut milk, and it tastes like
chocolate mint milk with the exception that you will feel far from guilty after
drinking this.
Once I've made these two things, I then take out a big pot and put into it about 2 - 3 cups of tea, 1 - 2 cups of this cream and a litre or so of half -
almond milk, half coconut milk, along with some sugar - free
chocolate, cocoa (or cocoa and cacao butter), sweetener, spices (like chai spice), flavorings like vanilla or caramel, salt (I always add a little salt to most sweets, it balances the flavor)... basically anything you think will be good in a [quote] mocha [/ quote] type
drink (I even put small amounts of maca and other medicinal mushroom powders to up the nutritional value - but just a little, to avoid bitterness).

Main among these are: sticky foods, foods with sharp edges, carbonated
drinks, caffeine,
chocolate, onions, garlic, leeks, chives, scallions, avocado, eggplant, hot peppers, red kidney beans, raw potato or any sprouts or green parts of a potato, raw rhubarb or any rhubarb greens, tomato greens, sprouts from mung beans / lentils / chickpeas or other legumes, pits or seeds from cherries / apples / peaches / avocados, raw peanuts (boiled, they're OK in moderation), acorns, bitter
almonds, buckeyes, citrus fruits or other acidic foods, and foods prepared with salt, vinegar, sulfites or spices.
Avoid giving your dog
chocolate flavored
almond milk;
chocolate is extremely poisonous to dogs, and if they
drink enough of a chocolatey beverage, it can be life - threatening.
