really good!
Not
really sweet enough to be considered a dessert, but bold in
flavors of apricot soaked in Grand Marnier, creamy sweet potato, and hints of orange zest, sweet coconut, and a slight nuttiness from
almond flour and pecans.
This pistachio butter is great on toast, in sandwiches, in cookies, granola bars, etc. &
really brings a new exciting
flavor into your normal routine of peanut and

really of stands out in a smoothie, whereas
almond butter just kind of fades into the background.

almonds can be
really crunchy in a dessert, but cashews add a soft texture and buttery

flavor combination while the dates would provide
really good structure.

really dial in the classic
flavor, we top it all off with an awesome nut - breadcrumb mixture, made from toasted
almond flour and coconut oil.
Converted to gluten - free by using a gluten - free brownie mix and
almond flour instead of wheat flour so I can't speak to the brownie part of the recipe, but the cream cheese
flavored with bourbon
really elevated these brownies and made them perfect for a holiday event.
The only variation we do is adding a dash of
almond extract to the dough... it gives it this
really incredible and different
flavor that compliments the jam
really well!
And even though I
really like
almond flavoring, I cut back the extract to 1/2 tsp.
The pancakes are good, but if you have a basic recipe you
really like, use that and add
almonds and
almond flavoring.
Ground
almonds (or
almond meal) add a
really nice
flavor and texture to these cookies.
For
really brown bread, you'd want to look to darker grains like quinoa, teff or even unblanched
almond; for
flavor but not necessarily dark color, look to buckwheat, millet, or sorghum.

flavor and consistency of using soy milk in my desserts; however if you have an allergy to soy, I am sure that you could sub in
Almond Milk.
Pure
almond extract (always buy «pure» not «artificial») has a very intense
almond flavor which is why we only need to add a small amount to achieve a

flavor, but the secret to these cookies are Spanish
