Rather than adapting the recipes and experimenting, I would recommend using the ones from the earlier years on this site (my use of grapeseed oil was more frequent then), or check out my first two books, The Gluten - Free Almond Flour Cookbook and Gluten - Free Cupcakes which also use it frequently.
Elana I just love your recipes however my five year old grandson does not seem to care for coconut Could your Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes be made with almond flour instead of coconut flour or will it comprise the taste / moistness?
I used cupcake papers and they stuck badly to them so just wanted to advise anyone else who wants to sub whole wheat flour for almond meal to maybe spray your cupcake papers with cooking spray before putting the batter in.
