One question —
almond flour measurements are all over the place in many low carb recipes.
Since baking should be done by weight, can you provide
the almond flour measurement by weight so that those of us who need to use other flours can make an accurate substitution?

Demi, I'm sure it could work, but I don't have an exact
measurement to give you, as
almond flour works a bit differently.
In case someone wants to use weight
measurements for the
almond flour, mine weighed 100 grams per cup or a total of 300 grams.
Almond flour, butter and sweetener, amounts depend on the thickness and sweetness you want I don't have
measurements.
So, going off that
measurement, it should be a 3/4 c. coconut
flour that equals 3 cups of
almond flour.

almond flour by weight or volumetrically (both
measurements are in the recipe) and dump everything else into the blender and start blending.
If substituting
