almond could be replaced by buckwheat
flour or maybe ground flaxseed?
Whole wheat
flour I think would work really well, there's already ground
almonds in here
so you need one other type of
flour in addition!

so It's hard for me to advice, it is supposed to be quite doughy but adding more
almond flour definitely sounds like a good idea though x
Using 100 % oat
flour will usually result in gummy texture (though it depends on personal taste really),
so if you wanted to follow Ella's recipe and it be less gummy then you could add some
almond flour and tapioca (and decrease the oat
flour!).
