I made this
recipe last night and went with organic WW flour since that's what I had
on hand, I also used unsweetened vanilla
almond milk, added shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
I've all but given up
on coffee because I don't find
almond milk alone to be sufficient creamer, so I'll give some of these

recipe is my solution to that problem that I created last year and is still one of my favorites for whipping up when I want a sprinkle of something similar to muesli or granola to use
on top of smoothies or to put in a bowl with a little

milk as a quick snack.
:) This was my 1st «intentionally vegan»
recipe so I was a tiny bit nervous... I used coconut
milk instead of
almond (just happened to be what I had
on hand)... I will never go back to any other

I used unsweetened vanilla
almond milk in this
recipe, cooked it for about 15 minutes after I added the
milk, and it turned out fabulous (
on the first try, too).
The hands -
on time for this
almond milk recipe is around 10 minutes.

Creamy Chia Popsicles
Recipe: 2 1/2 cups
almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sucanat 1/2 cup chia seeds
Recipe Directions: In a small pot
on low heat add sucanat and
almond milk until sucanat dissolves, add vanilla extract and let cool.

You can use any nut /

almonds out for any other nuts you like.

1-1/4 c. stone ground wheat flour 1-1/4 c. stone ground rye flour 1/2 c. coarse ground cornmeal 1 t. kosher salt 1 t. baking soda 1-1/4 c. vanilla
almond milk + 1/4 c. kefir or plain whole
milk yogurt + 2 T. white or cider vinegar -LCB- use all
milk if no kefir
on hand; or sub what original
recipe calls for; 1-1/4 c. plain whole
milk yogurt -RCB- 1/2 c. molasses
Using the basic
recipe with unsweetened
almond milk, plain yogurt and maple syrup, by morning I had several pieces of oats that had a bluish - green color
on them (mold?).
In the past I roasted chickpeas to top a soup, those would totally work
on this
recipe too, but this time I have gone for a whole bunch of fresh corriander, flaked
almonds, a sprinkling of chilli flakes and a swirl of coconut
milk.

recipe off hand, but for a super easy way to make your own
almond milk, just soak raw
almonds (1 cup, mine still had skins
on) over night in 1 cup of water.
As long as you have the basic paleo staples (coconut oil,
almond flour, coconut flour, coconut
milk,
almond butter) and a well - stocked spice cabinet, you will have most of the ingredients
on hand for these
recipes.

milk — by using a large French press coffee maker.
Um, I did have raw pumpkin, I didn't have unsweetened
almond milk and I didn't want to waste 4 eggs just for the whites, so I rewrote the

Since I commented I did some more research
on coconut water and liked what I saw, so I've modified my go - to green smoothie
recipe and now use 1/2 cup coconut water and 1 cup unsweetened
almond milk as the base I'm learning so much from your blog!
I baked these yesterday using Authentic Foods Classical Flour Blend (Brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour) subbing for the 1 1/4 cup of brown rice flour, potato flour, and tapioca flour the
recipe called for since I had it
on hand and used an
almond / coconut
milk blend instead of regular
milk and they came out wonderfully.
