Place the
almonds and pecans into the food processor and blend until a sticky flour forms, it's just more than a flour but not as sticky as a
nut butter, this should take a couple of minutes.
I must say that Ella's sweet recipes aren't for me, because you Ella use so much
almond butter, cashews, pecans or other

nut butter and the
nuts for another variety, like cashew or
almond, if you prefer.

Replace the whole
almonds with any other
nut and it will still work, and the
almond butter could be swapped for tahini!

butter is usually made with 100 %
nuts and no added ingredients or oils so that sounds perfect!
My favourite
nut butter is
almond butter and I include so many other
nuts into my recipes so don't really feel the need for peanuts as well as they aren't very high in nutrients.
Just a question,
nut like
almond, peanut, and hazelnut, do I have to remove the outside skin before making the

I've yet to find one that comes close to «normal» bread but some of the
almond or seeded recipes I've tried make a very acceptable base to put mashed avocado or
nut butter on.

There's also an amazing amount of plant protein in here too from the
almonds,
