I made these but I used a variety of seeds (sesame, pumpkin, sunflower)
instead of the pecans, along with 1/4 cup shredded coconut, I used Mayvers peanut & cacoa (2 ingredient spread)
instead of
almond butter which is an Australian
product and they were really delicious.
Opt for non-dairy milk
products, like
almond milk,
instead.
Instead focus on the
products having natural ingredients such as coconut oil,
almond oil, and olive oil, etc..
In addition, I didn't go out and buy a bunch of processed vegan cheese
products:

almond milk, and ate extra veggies and nut butters to fill the void cheese had left in its wake.

Instead of cow's milk and dairy use plant - based milk substitutes and
products such as unsweetened coconut milk, oat milk,
almond milk, organic soya milk, Tofu, etc..
So, if you've ever made an
almond flour recipe and had issues with the final
product holding together, leaching out the oils or butter, or not rising properly and holding its shape, a likely culprit is that you are using the coarser
almond meal,
instead of
almond flour.
