Had made some fresh almond milk and so used it and
the almond pulp instead of flour.
I found the mixture a bit sweet and «wet» for me, until I used 1 1/2 cups dehydrated
almond pulp instead of 1/2 cup damp pulp.
Has anyone made this cheese with
almond pulp instead?

I mixed everything in my Ninja food processor w / the dough paddle, used dehydrated
almond nut
pulp (left from making
almond milk) for the flour, honey
instead of agave, regular mini chocolate chips, and I also put in 2 really ripe bananas.
The wetter
almond pulp can be used as a topping (
instead of whipped cream).
Maybe use the
pulp for some muffin that use
almond meal
instead of flour.

Instead of using green coconut water and
pulp as the base I used my Supergorgeous
Almond Mylk along with extra water and opted for aloe vera, maqui berry powder, chia seeds and cacao nibs for superfoods....
Instead of tossing the
pulp, use it as
almond meal in this recipe.
This way, the smooth
almond pulp can be retained in the final beverage for extra nutritional value
instead of strained out and discarded.
Instead of grated carrots I used the leftover carrot
pulp from making carrot juice and added a little more
almond milk to compensate for the dryness: super tasty!
