If hazelnuts are less absorbent than
almonds and coconut flour much more so, you could experiment with mixing the two — my suggestion.
Your recipes are making my learning to cook with
almond and coconut flour much more enjoyable!

Besides, an
almond cookie made with
coconut flour,
almond flour and coconut oil is
much healthier, rather tasty
and super easy to bake.
I used four eggs, subbed tapioca
flour for the
coconut flour since I was out of
coconut,
and subbed Trader Joe's ground
almond meal (I pretty
much exclusively use the TJ's
almond meal when
almond flour is called for,
and have never had problems).
I used 1 cup
coconut flour and 1/2 cup
almond and kept the liquid the same but then found I had waaay too
much liquid to add so I didn't use it all.
I've had better luck with
almond flour recipes, but I
much prefer the taste of
coconut flour to
almond flour,
and it fills me
much more quickly (
and for longer) than
almond flour.
Coconut flour and almond flour will produce
much different results.
I'm weird about using too
much almond flour because it means eating the equivalent of soooo many
almonds... might have to try it
and sub in some
coconut flour.
It's made with maple syrup,

and shredded
coconut, so it's
much healthier than real cookie dough.

coconut flour has

almond flour for baking, although not as
much as I used to but I still like the taste
and prefer it to

and less toxic version would leave out almost everything you suggested
and use things like
almond or
coconut flour or even healthy protein powder
and be sweetened lightly with local raw honey.

much as this one.
