Print Roasted almonds and coconut bliss balls Ingredients 100 g almonds roasted 40 g shredded coconut 3 - 4 tablespoons agave 5 tablespoons coconut oil 2 teaspoons lime juice pinch of vanilla powder Instructions
Place almonds in a food processor and blend until they are finely ground.
3/4 cup almond meal (or grind
raw almonds in a food processor) 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or other natural sugar 3 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted 5 strawberries 3 cartons (10 oz / 300 g each) So Delicious Strawberry Greek Cultured Coconut Milk 150 ml So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk Beverage 2/3 cup coconut sugar or other natural sugar 1/3 cup gluten - free flour or rice flour Extra strawberries for garnish (about 16) 1 tsp powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
I was also a little shy of a half cup of almond butter so I ground some
roasted almonds in food processor then dumped into that the eggs, the rest of the almond butter and used my homemade pumpkin pie spices (1 tsp) and about a half teaspoon of ginger.
Ground almonds are also used in this batter, and you can either buy ground almonds (called almond meal or flour) in grocery stores, specialty food stores, on line, or you can even make your own by processing whole blanched or
natural almonds in your food processor until finely ground.
Rather than using blanched almond flour, like I would use for baking something like cookies or a cake, I just ground some whole
raw almonds in my food processor.
