p.s. I trawled your blog at the weekend, and have
already made your
sweet potato gnocchi and cauliflower
crust pizza — amazing!!!
I also prefer using no sweetener in the
crust, as the topping is
already quite
sweet but you can use a few drops of stevia or 2 - 3 tablespoons of Erythritol if you prefer a
sweeter taste.
I have made
already cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin and
sweet potato
crust pizzas, they are all so tasty.
