an already warm pan rather than moving a hot pan to the sink and back.

warm already baked corn muffins and assemble them on top.
If any of you out there have kitchens that tend to get
warm like mine (especially when you've
already had the oven on for a while to bake the apples), I'd recommend giving these a few minutes in the freezer / fridge once they're on the sheet
pan before baking.
