You can
also make this recipe into
muffins, Simply pour the batter into a
greased muffin tin or 12 silicone baking cups.
Spray a
muffin tin (I used two, you can
also pour the extra batter in a dish for an oatmeal bake) with cooking spray or
grease with coconut oil or line with silicone
muffin liners.
-2 1/4 c almond flour -2 chia seed «eggs» (2 T chia seeds soaked in 6 T water), you can

also make cupcakes?)
Grease muffin tins with butter generously,
also butter around the top edge as rolls will puff over.
