Well the brand I use is
Almond Bark,
also known as vanilla flavored candy coating, is a chocolate like confection
made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa
butter and with coloring and flavors added, rather than tempered white chocolate with mix ins.
It reminded me of the financiers, and

butter cake I've been
making when I have extra egg whites.
This is a delicious
almond butter I love to
make whole - grain toast and dip it or banana with it but either way it's just wonderful you can
also put it in protein shakes!
I
also made it using
almond butter and it turned out great.
I used Trader Joe's creamy unsalted
almond butter to get things going a little quicker, but you can
also make it from raw or roasted
almonds for a fully homemade treat.

almond butter, by blending together 2 tablespoons of
almond butter with 1 cup (8oz) or fresh water.
